Courier
NsCollection partners with Australia Post for all domestic and international deliveries. Once international orders arrive in your country, they will be passed on to your local postal service for final delivery.
As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with carrier details and a tracking number to follow your package’s journey!

Duties and Taxes
At NsCollection, we only charge the shipping fee you pay directly to us, no sneaky extra costs! However, we have no control over any customs fees that may be applied once your parcel arrives in your country.
Each country has its own rules on duties and taxes for imported items, so any additional charges are determined by your local customs office.

Stolen Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and secure shipping address. NsCollection is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been delivered to the nominated address.
Damaged Parcels
NsCollection is not responsible for any damage to parcels after they have been successfully delivered to the nominated address.
Return to Sender Parcels
If your parcel is being returned to NsCollection, please contact our Customer Service team at info@nscollection.shop to arrange redelivery. Please note that redispatch fees may apply.Melbourne Only Pick-Ups
If you’d like to pick up your order in person, you can select this option at checkout.
Order pickups are available for Melbourne customers only. The pickup location is BP Clayton, Victoria (the exact address will be provided once your order is ready).
After placing your order, one of our team members will reach out via email within 2-3 business days with the pickup details.
Please note: Once a pickup date and time are provided, your order will be held at the location for five business days. If you’re unable to pick it up within this time, the order will be returned, and you'll receive store credit.
